# How to Create a Client Agreement
> Create a client agreement in Visualcare, including funding management, NDIS activity type, and approved services
Watch the video walkthrough, then follow the steps below.
1. Go to your client's profile.
2. Select the **Agreements** tab.
1. Click **New Agreement**.
2. Select **Create** to start the agreement.
1. Choose the **Agreement Type**.
2. Enter the budget details if they are available.
3. Add the **Agreement Start Date**.
4. Set an **Alert Date** (optional).
5. Click **Save** to keep your changes.
* If the client receives only one-on-one services, leave this set to **Direct 1:1**.
* If the client receives any ratioed services, change it to **Set Ratio When Rostering**.
Choose how the client's services are funded:
* Agency Managed
* Plan Managed
* Self-Managed
If the client uses more than one funding type, you must create a separate agreement for each funding management type.
1. Click **Add Services** in the bottom-left corner.
2. Use the filters to find the services included in the client's approved plan.
3. Select all relevant services.
4. Click **Add Services** to include them in the agreement.
Your Visualcare agreement is now created. You can begin rostering services for the client.
