# Forms report

> Run reports on completed form submissions across all clients in Visualcare

The forms report lets you pull a report of completed form submissions across all clients for a selected template and date range. Access the report from **Reports** → **Forms Report**.

## Running a forms report

1. Select the form template from the drop-down list on the left-hand side
2. Choose the date range
3. The report generates across all clients for the selected template and period

This report is useful for auditing completed assessments, care plans and other form-based records.
