# Vworker troubleshooting

> Common vWorker app issues and how to resolve them in Visualcare

### Issue: Vworker app crashes on login

**Symptoms:** The vWorker app crashes immediately when a worker tries to log in, or crashes shortly after opening.

**Cause:** Spaces in the worker's web username cause the app to crash. This includes spaces in the middle of the username, not just trailing spaces.

**Fix:**

1. Go to **Workers** → **Profile** and open the affected worker
2. Check the **Web Username** field for any spaces
3. Remove all spaces from the username, including any embedded within the name
4. Click **Save**
5. Ask the worker to log out and log back in to the vWorker app. If the issue persists, ask them to uninstall and reinstall the app
