Issue: Vworker app crashes on login

Symptoms: The vWorker app crashes immediately when a worker tries to log in, or crashes shortly after opening. Cause: Spaces in the worker’s web username cause the app to crash. This includes spaces in the middle of the username, not just trailing spaces. Fix:
  1. Go to Workers → Profile and open the affected worker
  2. Check the Web Username field for any spaces
  3. Remove all spaces from the username, including any embedded within the name
  4. Click Save
  5. Ask the worker to log out and log back in to the vWorker app. If the issue persists, ask them to uninstall and reinstall the app
