The 2025-26 Aged Care Financial Report (ACFR) is due on 31 October 2026. Providers who deliver Support at Home from 1 November 2025 need to report their income in the new Support at Home Income and Expenditure Statement.
Visualcare does not currently have a consolidated Support at Home income report, as was available for Home Care Packages.

Our recommendation

We recommend using the payment files you have received from Services Australia for the reporting period. These files contain the gross amount, participant contribution and government payment for each claim, broken down by budget type. Your accountant or finance team can combine these files and summarise the figures needed for your ACFR.
Make sure you include every payment file for the period, including any adjustment files, and that each file is only included once.
