Visualcare integrates with a range of accounting, payroll, HR, and government systems. Integrations work in one of two ways: a direct API connection, or a file-based export (CSV or MIF) that you download from Visualcare and upload into your finance software. This page is a summary of what’s supported.

Government claiming APIs

Visualcare also connects to government funding APIs to receive participant information and submit claims:
API integrations may be limited by software version and which fields are available for export. Exact feature coverage (for example, whether kilometres, travel time, expenses, or allowances are included in an export) varies by integration — contact Visualcare support to confirm what’s covered for your setup.

File-based exports (CSV and MIF)

The following systems are supported through export files that you download from Visualcare and upload into your finance software:
Xero, MYOB, and Reckon also support file-based exports in addition to their API integrations.
