Log in and explore the dashboard
Log in at app.visualcare.com.au and familiarise yourself with the home dashboard. The KPI tiles give you an at-a-glance view of incidents, notes, and other activity across your organisation.See Logging in for login options including SSO.

Create user accounts
Set up accounts for your team in Users. Each user gets a username, password, and is assigned to a user group that controls what they can access.See Creating users for the full process.

Configure user group security
User groups control what each role can see and do in Visualcare. Review the default groups and adjust permissions to match your organisation’s structure.See User group security for how to configure permissions across all areas.

Set up SSO (optional)
If your organisation uses Microsoft 365, you can enable Single Sign-On so staff log in with their Microsoft credentials instead of separate Visualcare passwords.See SSO setup for the configuration steps.
