Log in
- Open the vWorker app.
- Enter your Company Name, Web Username, and Password.
- Tap Login to open your home page.

Navigate the home page
- Your home page displays the current weather and your shifts for today.
- Tap the pink calendar icon (bottom right) to view shifts for the next fortnight, then tap again to return to today’s shifts.
- Use the reload icon (top right) to refresh the page.
- Use the menu icon (top left) to open the app menu.

Open a client shift
- Tap any shift to open its details.
- Review any pop-up notes, then tap Close.
- Tap the client address to open directions in your maps app.

Shift page features
Shift (Home) - Brings you back to the main shift screen.Incident - Submit incident reports at any time.
- Select the incident level.
- Edit the date/time if needed.
- Add a summary and tap Create.
- Complete the full form. You may save and finish later.

- Add notes
- Take photos or upload from your gallery
- View recent note history
- View client documents
- Add expenses
- Complete client forms

Start and complete a shift
Start shift
- Tap START SHIFT.
- Tap COMPLETE SHIFT.
- Enter kilometres travelled and a short description.
- Complete the Notes About Tasks field - this is mandatory.
- Use the toggle to record any shift variations (staying longer, leaving early, unusual events).
- Capture the client signature if required.
- Tap FINISH JOB to send the completed shift to the office.

Menu features
Documents - View your personal documents, training manuals, and policies and procedures. Documents are read-only.Leave Requests - Submit or review leave/unavailability requests.
- Tap the pink + to create a new request.
- Enter dates/times and add notes.
- Pending requests can be deleted.
- Select a date range
- Tap the incident
- Tap Edit to update the form
- Group Messages: Message the office or your team.
- Private Messages: Send a direct message to the office.
- Upload or change your profile picture
- Switch between multiple companies using vWorker
