Workflows let you set up automated notifications and task creation based on rostering events. When a trigger occurs (for example, a shift is updated or a worker is changed), the system can automatically send emails or create tasks for your team.

Setting up a workflow

Open workflows

Go to OperationsWorkflows.Workflows menu

Create a new workflow

Click Add New Workflow.Add new workflow

Configure the trigger

Enter a name in the Workflow Label field and select a workflow trigger from the drop-down menu.Workflow trigger

Add actions

Managing workflows

Existing workflows can be edited or deleted from the workflows page. Manage workflows
Workflows are useful for keeping case managers informed about roster changes without the need for manual communication. Set up a workflow to automatically notify case managers when shifts are added, changed, or cancelled.
