The Timesheets page groups timesheet entries by worker, giving you a clear overview of each worker’s confirmation status for the selected payroll period.

Accessing timesheets by worker

Go to TimesheetsTimesheets to open the worker-grouped view. The date range defaults to the current payroll period, but you can select a different period from the drop-down.

Understanding the status indicators

Each worker row displays an icon showing their overall timesheet status: Timesheet list showing worker confirmation status

Viewing a worker’s timesheets

Click Edit next to a worker to open their individual timesheet view. This screen is split into two sections:
  • Top section - roster items that haven’t been confirmed yet
  • Bottom section - confirmed timesheet items
A timesheet is confirmed either by the worker completing their shift through the Vworker app, or by manually confirming it in this screen.
Use the column chooser to bring out the columns and data you need to see for your review workflow.
