What’s on the SAH tab
API connection status
The top-left area shows whether the client profile is connected to the Services Australia API. A connected profile pulls funding and classification data directly from the Aged Care Portal. If the connection is not active, budget data won’t update automatically.Participant information
Funding table
The funding table shows the participant’s current budget allocations. Each row represents a funding type.
To refresh the budget data, open the SAH tab. The system pulls the latest figures from the API at this point.
Budget figures reflect the last time the data was pulled from Services Australia. Refresh the tab regularly when working with participants who have high expenditure or are approaching their budget limit.
Agreements and funding types
Use this section to link each SAH agreement to its corresponding funding type. This is what tells Visualcare which budget a claim draws from when you submit services for a participant.Frequently asked questions

The classification level drop-down doesn't have the right options
Until the classification level field is updated to reflect the new SAH levels, use the customisable drop-down fields on the client profile to record classification information. These fields - Client Type, Area, Division, Agreement Area, and Groups - can be configured in Maintenance to hold the values your organisation needs.
